Function install 

pub fn install<R: Send>(op: impl FnOnce() -> R + Send) -> R

Run op on the treams-rs pool, or in place when already on a Rayon worker.

Every Rayon parallel iterator, rayon::join, and faer call with Par::rayon in this crate runs inside install, so that none of them starts Rayon’s global pool.
